+ Printing Your Receipt

if you would like a printout of your receipt, click on ‘My Orders’ from Account page to view your past orders. Click on the specific order for which you would like a receipt and print the page.


+ How can I check my account balance?

+ What are normal production and delivery times?

Your order will be processed and shipped once all items are available. Split shipments are not available. To determine when an item will be available, please contact us on [email protected] . For India, orders will be shipped within 7-10 days given that all items are available via the shipping method you have selected. For orders shipping outside India, please allow additional time for export document preparation and transit.


+ How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a final receipt via email that will contain a tracking number if one has been provided by the carrier. You will also be able to see tracking number (if provided) in your My Orders.



+ What do I do if my order has not arrived?

+ Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes, simply Contact us at [email protected]  when placing your order to specify multiple shipping addresses.


+ Can I ship to an international address?

International shipments are available provided the item is approved to be sent and will clear local customs. Upon receipt of international orders we will assess the rules of export and contact you if there are issues with fulfilling your order.
International Returns:
Any returns require a return authorization number. E-mail our International Customer Service department at [email protected] for a return number.



Orders and Returns

+ What is your return policy?

Returns/exchange/replace are accepted only if there are any manufacturing defects, damage or if we have shipped a wrong product to you. In such a case, please attach an image of the product with the defect visible and our service team will revert to you with a solution. Please note : The issue has to be highlighted within 10 days after the delivery of the order.


+ How do I check the status of my order?

After you place an order and it has been processed for delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other relevant information. The receipt of an email order confirmation is recognition that we have received your requested order and does not constitute an offer to sell.

You can also view your Order status and details through your ‘My Account’portal, in‘My Orders’


+ What if I need to change my order?

+ How can I access my past orders or invoices?

You can access past orders and invoices from the Customer Information page – once you’ve entered your valid customer information, click to access the My Orders page.


+ How can I check item availability?

You can find inventory levels on the Product Detail page. If the item is currently out of stock, please reach out to Customer Service at [email protected] for information on if/when the item is due to be restocked.
