Please follow the below steps to reach out to our 'Customer Support Team'.

  1. Click on the 'Contact us' widget available on the right bottom corner of the page.
  2. A window will appear with a list of FAQs/you can use the 'Search for help' tab, to access the FAQs related to your concern.
  3. If the FAQ does not answer your concern, you can just scroll down and click on 'Not helpful'.
  4. Once after you click on 'Not helpful', you will be redirected to a 'Contact Form'.
  5. Fill the information asked, a ticket for your concern will be raised and a 'Customer Support Associate' will address your concern within 2-3 business days.
